You do not need to do this. You can simply visit the UL website and look up listed manufacturers. You can also print the result page; the UL listed mark is shown on the product.

Ledes rigid nonmetallic PVC conduits meet UL 651 standards and comply with NEMA standard TC-2.

Yes, all ENT is limited to 600 Volts or less.

Ledes rigid schedule 40 & 80 PVC electrical conduit pipe and fittings meet the Underwriters Laboratory’s (UL) “Sunlight Resistant” rating requirement and are listed by UL for use in direct sunlight. However, Ledes increased performance sharply by upgrading the formula and manufacturing procedure. That’s why Ledes passed the highest rating of the sunlight resistance test of UL. However, long-term exposure of any plastic pipe to direct sunlight will gradually deteriorate its physical properties. The ducts start yellow and turn brown at the end. At the same time, its impact resistance is getting weaker and weaker, and the most intuitive phenomenon is that the catheter becomes ‘brittle.’ Therefore, during our project, if we need to store it in an outdoor environment for a long time (for example, more than six months), we need to cover it with a tarp or other opaque materials in advance and keep air circulation at the same time, pipes need to be stored on a supported cover.

Yes. Our schedule 40 & 80 electrical conduits are designed for encased concrete, drywall, direct burials, and outdoor purposes. For allowable installation and restrictions, please see related NEC guidelines.

Ledes schedule 40 & 80 electrical conduit and fittings are UL 651 listed and 100% conform to the “Sunlight Resistance” specification.

Our products are UL 94V-0 (ASTM D 3801) approved. It means our schedule 40 & 80 electrical PVC conduit will self-extinguishing in 5 seconds after cutting off fire sources. And Ledes Schedule 40 & 80 Low smoke halogen free conduit series will emit less smoke and zero halogens after burning.

The conduit of Ledes maximum working temperature ranges from -40 to +110℃ (-40 to 230℉). But we still recommend installing temperature range from -4 to 50℃(-20 to 122℉), especially outdoors or in direct sunlight, and the expansion couplings should be installed at the recommended intervals.

DB-120 and EB-20 are UL 651 standards. All the utility duct conforms to ASTM F-512 and NEMA TC 6&8.

Yes. DB-60, DB-100, and DB-120 can be directly buried or installed in concrete. EB-20 and EB-35 must be encased in concrete.

As directed by NEC section 352.10, Schedule 80 is to be used in areas of possible damage. The difference between the two is the wall thickness. Compared with Schedule 40 PVC conduit, the Schedule 80 PVC conduit has a thicker wall, meaning it has higher impact resistance. That’s why NEC was saying this.

Yes, all listed PVC conduits can be used in this manner. But we still recommended using a listed fire stop in conjunction with the conduit in case of fire.

We do not provide CAD file drawings of products. Still, we can provide product catalogs and technical parameter documents, most of which are already available on the download page of our website. You can contact our business engineers for more information if you have other needs.
